Who Is It For?

Teams looking to decrease their risk of injury and perform better through proper exercise prescription.  We work with athletes to form a cohesive team, working towards a common goal: improvement in the team’s athletic abilities through the design of a movement based warm-up, core activation, stability drills,  power drills,  strengthening, and mobility.

How Does It Work?

We build team skills, strengthening everything from linear speed, multi-directional movement, balance, and explosiveness. Our team training spans a number of sports and is custom designed for each teams’ unique needs and weaknesses.

What Are the Benefits?

Team training will synergize communications and hone your teams skills and abilities with the elite athletic training at Sandhills Sports Performance. Our specialized programs focus on eliminating your team’s weaknesses, while enhancing and identifying the strengths and opportunities that will be the game changer your team has been looking for. Results generally produce noticeable increases in speed, vertical power, functional strength, and less time on the injured list.
