Conor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, graduating from Oregon State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. With additional certifications in Personal Training and well as Corrective Exercise, Conor has a implemented his diverse background in a wide variety of applications. He began his career as a Personal Trainer, training general populations for several years while also leading group exercise classes. As his career progressed, he became increasingly passionate about Postural Restoration Institute and incorporating it in personal training and strength and conditioning environments. He aspires to gain his certification in PRI as he further incorporates it into fitness environments.
Conor assisted training the Oregon State Beavers Baseball team to the 2018 NCAA College World Series championship title and then worked in Phoenix, Arizona at EXOS where he worked with many professional, collegiate, and youth athletes to increase their athletic performance. He has experience training all skill levels in every major sport. Depending on the goal of the individual, Conor has experience in training and improving body composition, speed, strength, power, and agility.
In his spare time, Conor plays golf and recreational basketball. He also is passionate about playing the piano and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
