HIIT FIT – Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9-10 am
High Intensity Interval Training designed to burn calories and fat at a high rate, all while improving cardiovascular capacity and muscle tone. Med balls, TRX, free weights, and bands – this class has it all! This class is high intensity, but will be suitable for all levels of fitness.
PRI FIT – Friday drop-in’s at 10-11 am and 12-1 pm & Tuesday drop-in’s at 10-11 am
Are you a current physical therapy client and you struggle with certain exercises you have been given for your home program? If so, this class is designed for you. A trainer will be available to assist you with any questions you have and help you perfect your exercise technique so that you can maximize your time in rehabilitation!
BAREFOOT & BALANCE –Monday/Thursday at 10-11 am
We wear shoes for a significant part of our day that effectively act as deprivation chambers for our feet. As a result, we lose our ability to sense the ground and use our feet properly. If we cannot use our feet, we can compensate throughout our body and put ourselves at risk for balance issues and pain. If you suffer from an “-itis” (plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, hip bursitis, etc), this class is for you.
LUNCH FIT – Tuesday/Thursday at 12:10-12:50 pm
Want a quick workout on your lunch break? Come in for a fast-paced, high intensity, and fun class that will maximize the time we have.
MEN: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 7-8 am
LADIES: Monday/Friday at 8-9 am
Incorporating posture, mobility, strength, and your own swing, this class takes a holistic approach to refining your golf game. We use a variety of training modalities including K-Vest technology and Titleist Performance Institute to improve your game.
GOLF FIT DEVELOPMENT – Tuesday/Thursday at 9-10 am
This class puts equal emphasis on golf and fitness. This class seeks to improve your game, but also includes various other aspects of fitness incorporated into your workout. Strength, balance, and cardiovascular components to fitness will all be present. No prior fitness experience needed.
